These recipes are great for young toddlers and children alike!
Toddler Fruit Salad
For planning purposes when making this fruit salad, use about 2 chopped strawberries, ½ banana and a tablespoon of yogurt per toddler that will be in attendance.
To make this toddler friendly fruit salad, wash and dice strawberries into bite size pieces. Chop up banana pieces and mix in with the strawberries. To add a little extra flavor, consider serving it up with a side of organic vanilla yogurt as a dip!
Whole grain noodles with cheese
For this dish, we recommend using macaroni noodles as that is an easy size for little fingers to pickup and grab! Cook noodles according to directions on the box and sprinkle organic shredded cheese over the top.
Steamed Veggies
This is a healthy and simple side to prepare. Simply combine 1 cup green peas, 1 cup finely chopped carrots and 1 cup chopped cauliflower into a stove top pan. Add in about one cup of water and steam until desired tenderness is reached. Drain and serve once cooled! This measurement serves about four toddlers, so adjust the number of veggies as needed for your own guest list.
Pita Squares & Hummus
This is a dish that can easily please both toddlers and adults alike! Chop pita bread into bite sized pieces and serve up with your favorite flavor of hummus on the side. This can be served as an appetizer or as a part of the main course.
Drink Ideas
Little ones may want to try something new and exciting for their little taste buds at a birthday party! Instead of offering a sugary juice box, opt for organic coconut water. It is hydrating and offers a new taste that your toddler just might love!
All of the recipes below serve about six-eight adults, so adjust the measurements as needed to fit your guest list.

For this recipe, pick five various fruits of your choice to chop into bite sized pieces and place them onto a kabob stick! Repeat the process until you have enough kabobs to serve all adults in attendance.
For the dip:
- 2 cups of organic vanilla yogurt
-1 block organic plain cream cheese
-1 cup marshmallow fluff
-1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and use a hand-held mixer to combine them together until smooth! The dip may be enticing to little taste buds too, so try offering some to the littlest guests as well if you choose!
-20 whole grain tortillas
-3 lbs of lean turkey
-2 lbs sliced organic cheese of your choice
