Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on ALL orders over $50
- We ship all orders received by 2:00pm Eastern (Monday - Thursday) the same day with free standard shipping (USPS or UPS 1-4 business days). On Fridays our shipping cutoff time is 12pm Eastern.
- USPS Priority (1-3 business days) from any of our four offices located in Austin, TX; Los Angeles (Burbank), CA; Chicago, IL; or Freehold, NJ (near New York).
- Any orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Some larger-quantity shipments may be shipped to you directly from our large warehouse in Germany with Premium Express Shipping, free-of-charge and at our expense, to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible and to make sure that you receive the freshest batch of formula with the longest shelf-life possible, ensuring your baby always gets simply the best!
Please note:
- Due to delays related to COVID-19, carriers may take longer than usual to deliver packages during this pandemic. We can not control how quickly USPS or UPS deliver packages once we hand over shipments each day. We highly recommend ordering formula at least one week before you run out, to ensure there are no disruptions.
- As soon as it's available, we will send you the UPS or USPS tracking number. Please note that federal holidays may cause a delay in shipment, and that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or remote regions may take longer, depending on USPS.
- While we do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS that are out of our control.
- Some larger-quantity shipments may be shipped to you directly from our large warehouse in Germany with Premium Express Shipping, free-of-charge and at our expense, to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible and to make sure that you receive the freshest batch of formula with the longest shelf-life possible, ensuring your baby always gets simply the best!
Important information:
- If you choose to add "signature confirmation," then you must be home to sign for the package (or you can pick it up at your local designated post office/UPS store). Note: we will automatically add the signature requirement for all orders over $400 for your security to reduce the risk of theft. If you wish to waive this requirement, please let us know when you order and you will be responsible for ensuring the package is not stolen/lost/missing.
- If you do not choose Signature Confirmation, then USPS/UPS will leave the package in your mailbox or somewhere on your property.
- Once USPS/UPS shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. If you are worried that the package will be stolen, please select signature confirmation or have it delivered to a different address. If your package is missing and USPS/UPS shows it has been delivered, you must contact them to investigate and file a claim.
