Where is my tracking?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you do not see it, please check your spam and promotions folders.
Still missing? Email or WhatsApp us with your name and order number and we will resend it.
My tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package
Please check around your home, mailbox area, neighbors, and any secure delivery location. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early.
If you still cannot locate it, please contact the carrier to open an investigation. They can confirm delivery details and scan information.
How fast is shipping?
We ship daily from U.S. warehouses on both coasts and also from EU warehouses when needed. Delivery time depends on your ZIP code and carrier routing.

Do I pay duties or taxes?
International shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) when applicable, meaning duties and taxes are prepaid so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
Can you recommend a formula?
We can help explain product differences in plain English. Tell us your baby’s age and what you are currently using, and we will point you to the best options.
