I have ordered many times from Organicbabyfood shop and had never experienced any issues with my order, until now. The order was delivered with a box of formula damaged, formula powder all over the inside of the box. Email sent to customer service with detailed pictures, within one day of receiving damaged product and up until this review, no contact (one week) has been made to correct this. No contact number to speak to a live person, only an email address that doesn't respond. Yes, you are getting a low price on great formula but beware there is NO customer service when an issue arises.

I am so glad I found this website and the Holle formula! When breastfeeding didn't go according to plan, and we needed to supplement our baby's diet, we looked for formula from Europe where quality standards and production oversight are higher. We love ordering from Organic baby food because shipping is very quick (2 business days, for us), it arrives well packaged, and the expiration date is always generous. Our baby loves the formula, and drinks it with as much gusto as breast milk. No colic, split ups, or anything.

This formula was a life saver, after trying 3 other American formulas with no luck, this European formula was the answer! Great formula! I like when I read the ingredients you know what they are and none are corn syrup! Only thing I would have to say I would like to see different is shipping options. We live in an area where the US postal service is horrible and they hold packages for at least a day. I would like the option to have shipped with a different carrier. Sometimes they ship with UPS and I do receive the formula within the 2-3 day shipping response.

First off, i would but this again. Unfortunately, since the new regulations mandating that dha be added, i feel that the powder clumps up a lot more. Previously, i would have no problems adding some warm water and a little swirl... the formula would be smooth. Now i have to stir with a spoon and mash up the little clumps.

I introduced this formula to my baby at around 6 months and he took to it right away. 4 months later and he is still loving it, with no issues at all. Also I really appreciate how quickly these get shipped to us!

Both the product and service have been excellent. I exclusively breastfed my little for 6 months. To get him so sleep a bit longer at night I wanted to introduce formula into his diet, but I am very picky about what I’d put into his system. I wanted a formula free from chemicals, all organic and of the highest standard. I was recommended this product and I am very happy with its ingredient list. My babe takes 3-4 ounces once a day and has had no negative side effects. Sucks it down just like breastmilk :) Will continue to supplement with this formula. All it took was looking at the ingredient list in every other formula to know this was the right choice for my babe.

Overall the process was smooth, formula arrived on time. But I have to say my baby didn't notice much difference i.e. didn't show preference for Holle over the other brand we had earlier.

Our order arrived relatively quick and came with a personalized note, which I loved! I find it sad that I can not find any formula in ANY grocery store in the US that doesn’t contain soy. After extensive research, soy is NOT what I want my baby drinking. Holle is a soy free formula that I absolutely love when I need to supplement. Formula arrived almost 7 days from order date with expected 2-3 day ship. Every single box of 12 pack order was damaged and squashed. Wouldn’t order from this company again.

We haven’t actually tried the Holle 2 yet as realized it says “after the 6th month” so we ordered some more Holle 1 for a few more weeks. Overall we have been very happy with OBF Shop… we just wish delivery could be a little faster. It says 1-2 days but we seem to usually take 3-4 so we have to make sure to remember to order supplies before we run out.

To be honest, I didn't want my baby to be on formula. But at one of his appointments the doctor said he was under weight. I want him to be healthy. So, I reached out to my husbands aunt for advice on formula options. She sent me a link for this product. I compared the ingredients in this product to others sold in the U.S. I feel comfortable giving my baby this formula as it is better than the others. At first he wanted nothing to do with the formula. We have had to add breast milk to his bottles. Otherwise he will not drink it. He has been doing fine on it, gained some weight, no gas, no spit up, and no reactions. I am pleased with the product and will continue to buy it until he is one.

I like that this formula is from grass fed cows and does not contain soy, as we have a family history of an allergy.
