HiPP Combiotic Stage 2 – No Starch

I’ve ordered twice and both times have been quick shipping. The second batch did get delivered to another house (via UPS) and the formula boxes were dented but the shipping box did not show any damages.

Not too happy. Took a while for the order to be shipped after order was placed and took a while to arrive as well. Also, horrible packaging. Just one cheap tape to close the box together. My box came open and the box inside with the formula ine of those boxes was ripped as well.
Won’t order from here again

We were suspecting if the milk was the reason he got really hard stool that he cried every time he has bowel movement. So we stopped giving him the Hipp formula for 1 whole month. He immediately got better and had normal BM. Then we switched back to Hipp, the hard stool came back on day 1. He cried so hard and bled out the stool. Poor baby. We worry if the formula is not authentic or it’s just not for him.

Unlike other EU organic online companies that offer some sort of “happy baby” guarantee if the baby doesn’t take to the formula, this company does not. I understand non refundable but it would be great to have some sort of guarantee as all babies have different tastes

I wanted a formula to substitute with my breast milk. When doing research I discovered that almost every formula in the USA has soy, corn starch and added junk. It was so hard to find something that didn't have those things. It took a couple of tries to get my baby use to the taste mixed with the breast milk...but currently we are mixing it by itself and now they drink it with no problems. I usually purchase HIPP directly from Germany website. However, my package was stuck at custom for almost 3 weeks this time (and I haven't received it yet). baby gulps this down with no burps or discomfort afterwards unlike some of the popular american formulas he tried in the past and customer service is fast and goes above and beyond. they quickly rectified a shipping issue w/ speed and grace. i doubt you can find this cheaper elsewhere, but even if you do, i guarantee the customer service won't be as great.

We have always used Hipp Organic Stage 2 Dutch, but everywhere I searched was out of stock. I learned that the Hipp Stage 2 German/No Starch version was very similar, so we gave it a try. Our 7-month-old didn't seem to notice a difference. I will say that I much prefer the can of the Dutch version, but other than that, it seemed a very solid alternative. Quick service and overall very pleased.

So far it’s been good. There was one small dent from shipping but nothing was damaged enough to be opened. The deliver was so fast and my baby has to have this kind of formula due to HFI, so being able to get it that fast was awesome!

I used to buy the same formula from organic start before they stopped selling all formulas for regulatory reasons. I am happy to find alternative site to buy Hip Dutch and shipping was a lot faster than I am used to which I am very happy about. Here some improvements that can be done by this site! The price for Hip Dutch is a lot more expensive than other formulas or sites! I used to buy it from organic start wholesale for $ 34.99 this site $41.99 there was no whole sale options for this particular formula on this site! Packaging was very poor and suspicious. The top of the box was halfway open and it was a miracle all can’s stayed inside. There should be a sturdy box inside the box with HiP’s mark on it and that was also missing. I will come back and review if I find any other issues with the formula itself.

I’m started supplementing a few bottles a week for my exclusively breastfed baby and he took to the formula right away.

His pooping is better and easier! He takes it with ease!

I waited a little to do this review, I wanted to actually get to try the formula. We’ve been using it for a month now on our previously exclusively breastfeed baby. Beside teaching her how to take a bottle- she’s taken it really well. No issue with this formula and delivery was fairly quick.

I absolutely love the formula!! I like that it has no starch since that often aggravates little ones stomachs. And even though my LO is also onto baby food and finger foods, I believe it still keeps his poo from smelling really bad. I had been purchasing this formula from a different site and not only did it cost more, they run out of stock, but shipping took a day or two longer. Consistency is key for me and I can’t allow baby to run out of food! Lol!
