Same-day shipping: Monday-Friday for orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET)
Orders after 2:00 PM ET: ship the next business day
Weekend orders (Sat/Sun): ship Monday
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (depending on your address and service level)

Once your package is with the carrier, exact delivery timing is outside our control but you’ll always get tracking as soon as it ships.

To avoid stress (and last-minute shortages), we strongly recommend ordering at least 1 week before you’re close to running out.
Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
That means customs duties and taxes are prepaid so you won’t get hit with extra charges at delivery.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
We know how important your baby’s formula is, and we do everything we can to make sure it arrives safely and quickly.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step of the delivery.
When the carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, this means it has successfully reached the delivery address provided at checkout. At that point, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.
While we wish we could, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility or offer replacements or refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery, as these situations occur after the shipment has left our control.
To help avoid any issues, we kindly recommend:
Monitoring your tracking on delivery day
Being home when possible
Using a secure delivery location
Or shipping to a workplace, family member, or safe address if porch theft is common in your area
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or file a claim — they are best equipped to assist in these cases.
