How does it work?
After you select a denomination and purchase the gift card, our system will email you a unique gift card code with instructions for how to use it toward a future purchase. If you are buying the gift card for someone else, simply forward them that email or print it out and give it to them.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.
How do I check a gift card balance?
If a gift card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, you can contact us at info@organicbabyfood.shop and we will let you know the balance.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
You can't reload a gift card at this time.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping.
Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?
Unless stated otherwise for specific promotions, discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards (ex: save 10% coupon, $10 baby points coupon, etc).
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes! Gift cards are a form of payment. So you can use a discount code and then pay the total balance after the discount with your gift card.
