5. Orders & Contract Formation

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Baby Formula)
6.1. All baby formula and consumable products are FINAL SALE.
6.2. Due to health, safety, and contamination regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped, except where explicitly required by law.
6.3. Orders cannot be canceled once prepared for shipment.
6.4. Shipping delays, customer remorse, or refusal of delivery do not qualify for refunds.
6.5. Cancellation Processing Fee
In the event that an order is cancelled before shipment but after payment has been processed, The Organic Business LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation processing fee of up to five percent (5%) of the total order value.
This fee is applied solely to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by our third-party payment service providers.
Any remaining refundable balance, if applicable, will be refunded using the original method of payment.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1. Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
7.2. Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, delivery performance is outside our control.
7.3. Customers are advised to order formula at least one week before running out.
7.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

customs authorities
holidays
weather

8. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation
8.1. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
8.2. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation.
8.3. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file investigations or claims.
8.4. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered.
9. Payment Processing
9.1. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
9.2. We do not store or control payment credentials.
9.3. Payment disputes must be addressed with the payment processor first.

shipping the wrong item
damaged packaging upon arrival
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
