We operate exclusively as an independent reseller and distributor of third-party baby formula and related products.

• We are not the manufacturer or brand owner
• We do not modify, repackage, or relabel products
• All items are sold in original sealed manufacturer packaging

All formulation, ingredients, labeling, safety testing, regulatory approvals, and manufacturing responsibilities remain solely with the manufacturer.

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• We do not make medical or health claims
• Always consult your pediatrician before introducing or changing infant formula
• Use of any product is at the customer’s discretion and risk

Product descriptions, images, translations, and ingredient lists are provided as received from manufacturers or public sources.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reading product labels
• Following manufacturer instructions
• Checking ingredients and allergens
• Ensuring suitability for their child

Manufacturer information can change. Always rely on the product label as the final source of truth.

• Product listings are invitations to purchase and not binding offers
• A binding contract is formed only when an order is shipped
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for compliance, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons

All baby formula and consumable products are final sale once shipped. Due to health, safety, and contamination rules, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after shipment, except where explicitly required by law.

• Orders cannot be canceled once prepared for shipment
• Shipping delays, customer remorse, or refusal of delivery do not qualify for refunds

Cancellation processing fee: If an order is canceled before shipment but after payment has been processed, we may charge a fee of up to 5% to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by third-party providers. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned to the original payment method.

• Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
• Once handed to the carrier, delivery performance is outside our control
• We strongly recommend ordering at least one week before running out

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, holidays, weather, or force majeure events.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.

• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation
• Customers must contact the carrier directly to open investigations or file claims
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered

• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• We do not store or control payment credentials
• Payment disputes must be addressed with the payment processor first

Any product liability claims must be directed to the manufacturer, not the reseller.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for product-related outcomes including adverse reactions, allergies, health outcomes, contamination, recalls, or long-term effects related to consumption.

Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to reseller-related errors only, such as shipping the wrong item or damaged packaging upon arrival.

• Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply only to the minimum extent required by law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Organic Business LLC from claims or legal actions arising from:

• Misuse of products
• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
• Reliance on non-medical information
• Violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts, and customers consent to this jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
