Refund and Returns Policy
Your baby’s safety always comes first. We truly want every family to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t right, please contact us. We’re always happy to help and will do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
Because baby formula is a sensitive nutrition product, special handling rules apply to protect all babies and families.
For safety and hygiene reasons, baby formula cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked once it leaves our warehouse, even if the product is unopened.
Why returns aren’t possible
Infant formula is perishable and hygiene-sensitive. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee proper storage or handling. To protect every customer, returned formula must be discarded and cannot be resold.
After shipment
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or stop delivery. Shipping and handling costs are substantial and products in transit cannot be returned safely.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us right away with photos. We will review quickly and provide a fair solution.
