We have had great customer service since purchasing Holle Formula the past year. Delivery has been efficient and the product has been top quality. Our granddaughter LOVES it!

I’ve been ordering Holle from organic baby food shop since 2021 and I’ve always had great experience. The product is shipped and delivered within 2 days every time I’ve ordered. Holle is such a healthy formula too. It doesn’t have a smell others have and it mixes so well even with cooler than room temp water. Both my kids have done so well with it- I had it to supplement them with breast milk. I’ve ordered my final batch of Holle as my baby is about to turn one but I had to review this company and the formula. I’ve had great experiences with both and highly recommend getting the Holle formula from organic baby food shop!

I have used different co prior and by mistake one other, the phone picked than yours. The latter came in 7 days - a torture to wait for formula that long. When it arrived they brought to location for pick up . I was already in no need since by that time I left to overseas for vacation.
Organic baby food shop, understands the importance of fast forwarding this service. It is like flowers if you do not ship with first priority, it becomes too late the flowers are not fresh or you had to go with another option for formula.

I am in love with this formula. My baby doesn’t have any problem with constipation. I was using an organic formula since my baby was 7 months because I needed to stop breastfeeding and she was constipated all the time - even with a great diet. I learned about Holle formula from a Daddy who used with all his kids. The delivery was fast! I definitely recommend that!

I'm grateful for a trustworthy site to order quality formula from. My baby is weaning and doesn't need it too often, but she enjoys it. She would have breast fed forever if I had let her; nothing beats breastmilk, but for the times i cant do it, its nice to have a safe and quality back up. When I looked at the Holle powder, I could tell right away this was quality milk product, nothing like other cakey formulas offered here in the states. Also, I tasted it myself, and it actually tasted good. Like what milk should taste like. I have never sampled a formula before without being disgusted at the taste. I've thrown away a lot of other formulas, including the "organic" earth's best. I'm scared to order the New Zealand formula as they are Covid vaxxing their cows now. I hope that doesn't happen to Holle cows. What a world we live in. So thank you for the formula.

I have yet to receive the formula I purchased on February 13th. There appears to be a shipping issue. The formula has shipped, but it is still in transit.

The formula itself is great but it really needed packing material one box was pretty beat up especially for the price you pay, a little protection would be awesome.

Wasn't thrilled about needing to supplement because I've exclusively breast fed for the past 9 months. But with my supply going down and being told that my little one was a little underweight I figured if I'm going to do formula I'm going to make sure it's organic and been thoroughly tested. Such a great organic formula. My little guy tried everything but was still having issues till I found Holle! I am now able to get this formula in bulk without fear of running out, and the customer service is impeccable!

Unlike most deliveries where the milk is more than 6 months to expiry date or a year post delivery expiry date, the 12 boxes of formula I bought were about to expire. The 12 Holle 2 were fine but stage 3 was expiring in a month or two. One email later, Mr. Joel reached out and was very helpful.
A few days later, I had received new Holle 3 formula and was able to give the about to expire boxes to a mom who could not get the formula herself but wanted to use it. Excellent customer service and great formula. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
