Excellent!! After a week of online reading and comparing, we settled on the Holle brand Goat Formula. I have used Holle for both of my babies. They love this formula and have little (easily resolved with a little belly rub) to no digestive issues when transitioning from breast milk to Holle goat milk. This vendor is by far the best! They are quick and give you promos for buying more. I had to unfortunately use another vendor with the first child during the pandemic (when everyone was “out of stock”). This vendor was AWFUL! I came right back to OrganicFoodBabyShop when Holle came back in stock. I have also referred ALL of my friends to this formula and vendor. Highly recommend.

Pooping is not regulated with this formula and the baby is gassy so Im not stopping because I consider it as a good product formula.It didn't do magic as everyone are presenting. Customer support is not very responsive, I sent them an email and didint get back to me.

We have ordered from here several times and have been satisfied with the delivery. Do be aware that they do not accept returns. For that reason I’d recommend only order a box or 2 your first time to ensure your little one doesn’t have any issues with it. I’d ordered Cow formula to realize it didn’t sit well with our son so we switched to goat.

Firstly, service from this company is great! Very prompt delivery and they even give translated instructions! (Very helpful!) secondly, this formula cleared up my son’s CMPA symptoms ( cows milk protein allergy) within a few days. He was having really bloody stools and within 2 days of using this formula the blood was gone! We tried everything from pepticate to kendamil goat milk formula… nothing worked. Then we tried holle and I could not be happier! I’m so so grateful for this brand! It’s definitely worth a try.

This is not the formula I ordered before. I compared to the older version, and is totally different. I even gave to the others of family members to compare.
They said the same that the taste, the color and the smell is totally different.

My baby was spitting it so much and crying too. Good thing, I still have one box left of older version and gave it to her; and no spitting up, no crying, she even fell asleep right away after eating it.

So disappointed, I thought I found the best formula among the other that I tried and here's such a disappointment. I'm not sure what happened with those new packages that I received. Even the box is different with purple color and text.

Did the company changed distributor or recipe for the formula? What happened? It's my baby's health, I'm thinking to go to the lab to check its ingredients.
Now, I have four packages of the new formula that I have to throw away.

This formula has been the perfect fit for my son. He was exclusively breast fed and I cutout dairy and gluten for 6 weeks and he was still so gassy and trouble pooping. My son tolerated it better than cows form but not as good as breast milk. I would buy it again in the future if needed.

We have tried other American organic cow formulas and our baby had trouble digesting them. She also broke out in a bad skin reaction to those formulas. Within days of switching to Holle Goat formula, she no longer had stomach/digestion issues and her skin started clearing up and has stayed clear ever since. She slept better through the night as well. We are very happy and thankful to have found Holle Goat formula for our girl.

My only disappointment is that Organic Baby Food Shop only sells the formula boxes and not the larger canisters. Making us have to order more frequently. We may have to switch suppliers in future.

My 4 month old son has had this formula almost since birth, and I would highly recommend it. My son is sensitive to dairy and eggs, so we went the goats milk route and it has worked wonders for us. He eats well, is growing at a very healthy pace, and I feel good about giving him the ingredients in this formula. He developed reflux at about 2 months old, so we now give him 50% Hipp AR and 50% Holle Goats Milk Stage 1, which keeps him happy, healthy, and sleeping well. If the reflux subsides over time, we will try to wean him off the Hipp AR and keep him on Holle Goats Milk formula.

Regarding the formula, Johne’s disease is widespread among dairy cows, which is caused by intracellular mycobacterium. It’s long been suspected to spillover into humans and to be the pathogenesis of diseases like Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and perhaps even multiple sclerosis. Dairy goats appear to be less susceptible, so as a parent who suffers from such a disease, when my daughter was born I wanted to minimize exposure to cow’s milk. Holle Bio goat formula is very gentle on my daughter’s sensitive stomach. I only wish that there was no maltodextrin in Stage 2 for later. I am going to try the PRE formula which is free of maltodextrin.

This website seriously is amazing at getting us what we need for our little guy! They are fast and reliable! Our formula is wonderful, as well and our son who is mostly exclusively breast fed will take this formula and pumped milk pretty much interchangeably. Idk if your baby will do the same, but it’s worked for ours! Yay! Also, we tried to up him to the older stages of this formula, but he wouldn’t take those, so, I’m not sure what was added to those, but they were a no go. Anyway, he eats solids as well, so between that, breastmilk and formula, we’re not worried that he’s getting what he needs even though we buy the stage 1 formula and he’s 1 year.

Used other name brand formula's for our newborn and he always had spit up, gas, and acne. We tried this out and 1 month in, his spit up is minimal. gas is better, and acne is completely gone! Little pricier than what we wanted but worth it!

We just started goat’s milk off a friend’s recommendation. My son suffers from reflux and wakes up in the middle of the night with gas pains so I’m hoping this will help. It’s only been on it a couple days so it’s too early to tell, but the overall experience from ordering here was great so far. Already ordering a few more boxes.

Shipping is outstanding! My LO does well on the goat milk as we are supplementing with BM. My goal is to only BF but for the time being, the goat milk does her well. We’ve tried a few different dairy formulas that haven’t settled well and seem to give her a snotty nose, etc. We will continue to use this goat milk formula in conjunction to BM.

I am a new mom and my son is now just over 2 months old. He was born early and on the smaller side so when he was earth side his growth was rapid. I was solely breastfeeding but by the time he was almost a month old I wasn’t able to keep up pumping enough. I already had known a long time ago that if I had to supplement I would use goat milk formula. I researched the different brands and my husband and I are beyond pleased with Holle’s formula. It doesn’t upset my son’s stomach at all and he LOVES the taste of it. The first time I gave it to him he gulped it down. We have been supplementing with Holle Goat Milk Stage 1 formula and couldn't be happier. Our baby tolerates it well, and it hasn't caused any noticeable stomach issues. I did not plan to use formula for my daughter however I was not producing enough for her. She has a dairy intolerance and I knew if I was going to have to supplement some with formula I needed to find the best non dairy based option for her. This formula has not given my baby any trouble. My midwife informed me that goat milk molecules are smaller and therefore easier to digest than cow’s milk. Good to know! I love this formula. I have 5 kids, the last 2 are 4 month old twins. I have breastfed all my babies exclusively until at least 10 months. With the twins my supply isn’t quite 200% so I needed to supplement a bit. This formula is the closest I’ve seen to breastmilk. Also the spit up and poops don’t smell like with other formulas.

I decided to try goat milk for my 2.5 month old son. He is very gassy. He has tried Enfamil gentlease and Happybaby organic sensitive formulas. Those didn’t help much. After more than a week trying this goat formula, my son no longer cries in the middle of the night to pass gas. Do note that in the beginning, my son did have some trouble to digest this formula but I stuck with it. Now, he is less gassy and no major spit ups.

We used many baby formulas, typical US brands, and all of them caused our kiddo horrible colic and constipation. We started with Similac pro advance which turned out to be terrible and made our little girl sick. We changed to the Alimentum and it was more expensive with the same results and the same garbage ingredients. As soon as we switched to Holle, we had a whole new baby. No more fussiness, colic, gas, spit up, etc. She has been all smiles and is hitting her milestones well before the usual timeframe and we get to connect with her so much more now that she is happy and healthy. I loved this formula!!!! It smelled so much better than the formula my daughter was on and didn’t have a processed/fake scent to it. Another thing I noticed is it dissolved beautifully, unlike her other formula which would have chunks of formula floating in the water. Unfortunately, my little one became constipated on it, but in the formulas defense, I wonder if it was because we switched formulas too quickly?! My suggestion to anyone thinking about trying this formula or any new formula for that matter would be to take it very slow and give your little one some time to adjust. Other than the constipation, she did great! She stopped spitting up and she seems more satisfied after each feeding. If your baby is having issues with their current formula I would definitely tell you to give this one a try!

I’m using this for supplementation to breast milk, and baby takes to it just fine. Milk powder dissolves easily and baby’s stool looks great.

This formula is AMAZING. After having to start my son on soy formula due to cow’s milk sensitivity, I felt hard pressed to search for a healthy alternative to the soy and a good dairy alternative to the cow’s milk. I was apprehensive about starting formula but this particular kind made it an easy transition. My baby drank it easily and had no upset stomach or issues with throwing up. Will definitely be using from here on out.

I was unable to breastfeed and I hated the idea of having to switch to formula. My family has always had issues with formulas causing bowel issues and not being able to poop for weeks at a time and it would be as hard as a rock.

This formula has been a lifesaver for my 3 month old son.He has a Cows milk protein allergy and got hives on every formula. The Dr switched him to Neocate but it smells and tastes terrible and he wasn’t drinking it. He wasn’t gaining weight. We decided to give Holle Goats milk a try and thank god we did!! It smells and tastes amazing! He luckily didn’t get hives from it. He’s gaining weight and now enjoys drinking his milk. It does make him constipated but we give him prune juice everyday and that takes care of it.

Excellent replacement for Cow based formula! Put weigh on our infant faster then milk, cleared up body rash from cow-based formula, thicker and creamery then cow-formulas. No change in eating habits with this product. Our infant did not spit up with this product.

Our last review was 4 stars because of a delay in shipping. We recently reached out asking a question about preparation and the representative who responded went above and beyond in their response. They advised that the formula can tend to be on the thick side and can cause constipation in some babies. Having recently dealt with our baby being constipated I was extremely grateful to receive additional information.

I was recently recommended this formula by a lot of different parents who has had problems with their child having colic. So far, this formula seems to be working and just by the smell you can tell it’s actual milk and doesn’t smell like other formulas. Their shipping Is very fast even if you buy it wholesale. Once I completely ran out and was waiting on my shipment to come in Scott offered to contact the manager of the Burbank location to meet me on her day off to see if I could receive a box. Just the effort he put in really meant a lot.

This is my second child I try to only stick to breast milk. Usually switching over to formula is hard because the bad taste. My daughter had no issues switching over the taste and smell is sweet similar to mothers milk. Finding goats milk is hard in the US.

My baby is a prolific spitter. I had started to suspect cow milk sensitivity as the cause, so we tried the Holle goat milk formula. My baby absolutely loved drinking it. However, it did not reduce the frequency or volume of spits, and let me tell you, goat milk spit up has a very pungent odor. Think spoiled goat milk. It also came up thick and was hard to clean up. We are bummed that the formula didn’t solve the issue, especially since she loved drinking it. She is now on Nutramigen (ugh and yuk!). As a final note, the customer service is fantastic. I had a question about the formula that I emailed on a Saturday to the customer service email and one of the top people emailed me a response the same day. And shipping was so fast.

We have been using Holle goat formula since my baby was 2 months old. She has done amazing on it and now we are starting stage 2! Highly recommend!!

We have been on Holle formula since right after birth when it became clear that while her mom's milk is better there wasn't enough of it. She is still on it and loves it. We tried the cow formula first but goat was much easier to digest. When at first it was a bit harder to digest, we put a tea spoon of organic plum juice into it, an had purple milk. Now that she is 14 months old, she still drinks 5x 4 oz bottles per day and, not surprisingly, loves goat cheese with her pasta, veggies and meat. We not only love the formula but I have yet to see better customer service than the one we have gotten here by Scott.

Our 3 month old has been supplementing with this formula and it’s been great. He loves the taste and takes it gladly in place of breast milk sometimes. We love that the product has much more natural ingredients compared to a lot of other formulas that we researched.

I had a great experience with the Holle Goat Stage 1 formula. It seemed to settle my baby down after feeds, and be the solution to what we think is a sensitivity to cows milk. I also had a great experience in contacting customer service. My questions were answered in a timely manner, and I was given some suggestions about other products to try if this formula did not work out. I will most definitely order formula again!

My son can tolerate cows milk but I prefer goats milk as it’s closer to human milk than cows milk is. He seems to be doing great on it with no constipation thus far. I also supplement with breastmilk. Highly recommend it :)

My son just recently started about a month ago in this formula he is 4 1/2 months. He is definitely more calm & not as many stomach issues. The 2 concerns I had : 1) I didn’t see iron ( but ended up buying to help supplement, 2) I noticed my sons poop was a bit harder. Him actually pushing seems like it was a struggle then poop was harder, even turned a bit more green.
I gave 4 stars because he seems happier on this formula so far & tends to sleep better so that’s a win in my book.

Overall I think our 4 month old prefers the Holle cow over the Holle goat. I tried. The goat since she is prone to reflux and thought it might be easier on her tummy. But I think she reacts better to the Holle Cow. I’m going to reorder more of that next time instead.

I believe the stage 1 goat formula is an excellent alternative to cow formula. Our baby adjusted to the taste quickly. I would love to be able to afford the formula but it is quite expensive. There is nothing in the literature that indicates how many total ounces the box will make. That would have been helpful. Our baby went through a box in less than a week. I didn’t keep track of the amount of bottles that was.
