It was awsome would recommend!

I placed my order needing it soon. When I saw it was shipping from Germany I started thinking of what to feed my baby until it got here (I assumed a week or so). But I made my order Wednesday night and it was at my door Friday at midday

the formula itself is top quality. my twins love it!! service is is very fast i got it within two days!!! amazing and i was running out. shipping was crazy fast

I bought 4 boxes of the wrong kind and was denied a return.

This was the only formula that worked fir my newborns constipation.

Service was great. Very easy and fast shipping. Unfortunately the formula did not work out with baby’s tummy. I was super excited about this formula but it wasn’t the right one for my son.

Great and very fast service. Hipp ha pre is only one formula working for our son. We have tried several different ones.

This is not a true hypoallergenic (HA) formula. After doing some further research and speaking with a doctor we found that in Europe they are only required to show “reduced risk of reactivity” to label as hypoallergenic. In the US, it is required that the formula show its tolerated by 90% of babies with CMPA in clinical trials. HIPP HA would be equivalent to Bobbie Gentle or Gerber GentlePro in the US. We noticed an allergic reaction quite quickly when we fed this to our LO (regretting not doing more due diligence on the front end; lesson learned). It’s quite frustrating the lack of transparency this company is offering regarding its formula options. To top it off, we had to argue over multiple days (via email) with customer support to get a refund for this product. This site doesn’t have a viable phone number to call for customer support. If your baby doesn’t need a true HA formula, I’d suggest using Bobbie Gentle. The customer service at Bobbie is top notch and the product is extremely similar. If you’re like us and unfortunately need a true HA formula, look elsewhere!

TL;DR: do not feed this to your baby if they have CMPA; it’s not a true HA formula! Customer service here is terrible!

We purchased HIPP HA for our baby with CMPA. We then found that this formula is not truly HA! It’s 86% hydrolyzed (versus what most US formulas are, which is 100% hydrolyzed). After consulting with a doctor we found that in Europe they are only required to show “reduced risk of reactivity” to label as hypoallergenic. In the US, it is required that the formula show its tolerated by 90% of babies with CMPA in clinical trials. HIPP HA would actually be equivalent to Bobbie Gentle or Gerber GentlePro in the US. This information is hard to find (it is not clearly stated on this website), and caused us to encounter an allergic episode in our baby after feeding her HIPP HA. We should have done more research on our own prior to using HIPP HA (regretting that), as this website is lacking transparency about the formula it sells. To top it off, customer service was terrible. We had to argue with them for multiple days via email to get a refund. They have no phone number to contact them by. If your baby doesn’t need true HA formula, go with Bobbie Gentle. Their customer service is amazing and their gentle formula should stack right up to HIPP HA. We unfortunately can’t use their formula because our baby needs a true HA 100% hydrolyzed formula for her CMPA management.
TL;DR: do not shop here & if your baby has CMPA do not use HIPP HA!!

Our daughter was extremely colicky and in noticeable discomfort. We heard about HIPP HA from a friend and didn’t hesitate to give it a try as we were exhausted and wanted some relief for our baby. We noticed a difference the second we started her on it. She is no longer fussy or gassy, and within the first week she’s a much happier baby! The shipping was quick, even with our remote location. I would highly recommend this formula!

It was a different experience than when I used formula from other companies.
1. I don't have a problem with my baby responding.
2. He sleeps better.

We tried a few hypoallergenic formulas, but none of them worked well for our baby. Most formulas in the US also contain HFCS, which we were trying to avoid. With HIPP we saw results in the first day - less spitting and reflux. These problems are now completely resolved.
The service has also been great and shipping is fast. We are definitely buying from them on a regular basis now.

Worth the extra money! My babies all love these

Formula is excellent but to get the formula is way too slow. Says 2-4 business days it takes more like 5-7. I see it for days just sitting there with out being picked up. Shouldn’t take that long when you say on your site 2-4 business days.

We were using Enfamil and breast milk for my little bub for the first two weeks. But this seems to be a lot more gentle on his tummy, and his “movements” are very regular. Shipping has been fast enough no issues thankfully. I will continue to purchase.

So glad to find this formula that ships domestically in the US! We switched to Hipp after our baby had issues with reflux and were advised to use a hydrolyzed formula- this formula is not officially that but is close enough and with much better ingredients than the US options that it was worth a try. So far it’s been a good switch, he took to it well and has improved which is great! Love the fast delivery and availability, will definitely continue to purchase as long as our little guy takes it!

This was the first formula we tried out with our little one and it has worked wonderfully. The formula shipped fast and arrived in great condition. I would definitely recommend this formula if you are concerned about sensitivities.

Regarding the formula, we are very satisfied by the quality ingredients, nutrition, taste and smell; it also mixes a lot easier than any other powder formula we tried. Baby likes it and is doing well with her cow milk protein allergy now.

I wish I would of used this formula for my daughter from the start. She had terrible gas/digestion discomfort for weeks. This formula was in the top 3 of the ones we looked at and came recommend by our pediatrician. It's been the easiest for me to get especially with the free shipping. It usually ships and gets to me in Florida in about 3 days because the label is typically created within minutes of me ordering. We had tried Kendamill as a back up because Target has started carrying it and I had read good things but because it's whole milk base it gave my little man some horrible diarrhea and he was so fussy. Once we got the Hipp Pre HA back he's like a new baby. Not much gas and back to regular poops lol. Customer service is also amazing and very prompt in their response time. Appreciate this company so much, especially in times like these.

This was the first time we tried Hipp hypoallergenic for my soy/dairy intolerant baby and we are so happy with the results! He typically refuses the bad-tasting American hypo formulas but with just a few days of mixing this with a little breast milk, he now will take the Hipp straight up with no negative health effects or reactions. I highly recommend trying this formula if your baby has food intolerances. I will be using this formula from now on to supplement.

I am in California and was looking to order Hipp from the company that already has it in stock. Organic baby food shop has a warehouse in CA. I placed an order and received it a day later! This by far was the fastest delivery and I am very impressed! The packaging was perfect too- they used a box and the formula was in pristine shape when it arrived. It was a perfect transaction. My 5 month old has MSPI. She wouldn’t drink neocate or Alimentum well but she loves drinking hipp ha pre. Her stools are now less mucusy but she does have a little more gas. Not painful screaming gas though. When I ordered, it arrived quickly within a few days.

This is my go-to shop for baby formula and the shipping cannot be beat. When I placed my latest order, I got shipping confirmation after 6 minutes and it arrived the next morning. I know I’m close to a distribution center in California which helps but still, it’s very impressive and super helpful when you realize you are running low on formula and quickly need to restock.

When counting on baby formula you need consistency and for all the times I’ve ordered my shipping was fast. Once order placed the formula almost goes out immediately and then the shipping takes 2 days. I’m in CA just for reference. But I do love this company, not are the efficient but their customer service is superb!! Baby is 8 mos and haven’t had any hiccups with receiving formula on time.

I just needed to buy an airtight container to store the powder formula to make it last longer than the 2 weeks that it says on the website instructions, plus the box that it comes with is very inconvenient to open and seal when trying to feed baby on demand. We’ve been using this formula to supplement when I’m at work and it seems to be gentle on our baby’s stomach. Service is also excellent, I accidentally ordered the wrong product and emailed them to see if it could be corrected. They were able to fix my order quickly and without any issues.

Mixes beautifully, and doesn’t have that nasty smell like other HA formulas. I have a corn allergy, so out of caution, I needed a formula without maltodextrin starch. Glad that the shop carries this one. How about some ready to feed next please?

I think it’s working to help my baby with reflux.

My DD has a milk and soy allergy and after trying an amino acid formula I could tell she was having tummy issues so we contacted Organic Baby Shop and emailed back and forth with Joel. He was extremely helpful in helping us decide which formula to switch to and provided us with a ton of tips and information to help the transition be a little smooth ther for our daughter. So far being on this formula for 3 weeks she has showed much improvement in tummy issues and fussiness is down to a minimal. What I also love is that I don’t feel guilty feeding her formula knowing that it is organic and not filled with tons of fillers or chemicals.

My baby has a very sensitive stomach and possible cows milk allergy. After much research I switched my baby from Nutramigen to this formula and she is a whole new baby! Not to mention the ingredients are 10x better than most U.S. formulas. I was worried about the shipping time but the formula was delivered within 2 days of ordering it. Very satisfied!

My baby loves this and as a mom I’m happy with this product too! I had to try another formula ( happy baby organic) while we were eating for this to come in the mail and I could totally tell the difference with the formula it self. The other brand contained lots of bubbles and really upset my babies tummy making her gassy and upset. This is brand is the best and I will continue to keep buying.

Easy and efficient!

So.. I was combo breast feeding and using formula when my baby was born because I wasn’t producing enough to exclusively breast feed.. the hospital started him on Enfamil Neuro pro Gentle ease when I first had him after my c-section.. I was so angry because I knew I wanted Hipp or Holle.. (my sister used Hipp for her two kids and they thrived!).. on the enfamil, my baby’s skin was horrific and he couldn’t digest it properly. So, we ordered holle goats milk thinking he had a dairy allergy. He was doing great on that.. initially, his skin cleared up in 24 hours and he was in a much better mood… however, in about 3 weeks, he was severely constipated. I contacted organicbabyfood.shop and they were so helpful! They told me that the goats milk is higher in starch and that this can cause constipation. So, we decided to switch to HIPP HA! WOW! Instantly, SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE! He started pooping normally, he was smiling for ear to ear, and he started sleeping through the night. This formula has been a dream for my little nugget! Thank you guys so much for your help and for answering so quickly! Also, thank you for having shipping I can rely on when I’m running low!!!! You guys are the best!!

Very happy with this product. My baby has a sensitive stomach and this formula doesn’t irritate it and has probiotic and prebiotics in the formula so I don’t need to supplement. Also the delivery is very quick, I usually have my order within a couple of days!

We love HiPP HA products. Definitely recommend if your little one is experiencing any milk protein allergy. I can not say more about Organic Baby Food Shop’s customer service. I emailed them with some questions about changing formulas from the HiPP HA PRE to HiPP HA 1. I explained some of the challenges we are having with our little one, and wanted to know the differences between the formulas etc. I heard back from someone immediately. He was so helpful, and explained his little one had similar allergies and reflux...and was just very helpful and comforting. I had been buying from another organic shop online, but will be buying strictly from here from now on. They have followed up with multiple emails since my first purchase to make sure I was happy with my product and customer service, and it’s free delivery. My little guy is three months old and since he was born he has struggled with constipation and would wince when trying to pass a BM. Within two days of switching to the HA Combiotik his bm’s regulated and he no longer seemed in pain anymore. Also much less gas and fussiness during the day! Amazed!

Two of my three older children, including myself, are lactose-intolerant. We have a low birthweight newborn that I have been triple-feeding (nurse, syringe with breast milk combined with formula, pump) for his first eight weeks. He’s gone from 5lbs 4 ounces to 9 pounds! I was using a Similac (corn syrup-based) gentle formula, but was not seeing strides in weight gain. Have decided to switch him to the goats milk formula at 4 months (would do it sooner if it was available), but the hydrolized milk protein in the HIPP Ha Combiotik seems to be daring well right now. I’ve shared my story a bit I’m on my instagram and have piqued the interest of a few friends, including a celebrity who is a new mom, too. I’m liking what I’m seeing. I’ve also shared my experience with this formula with my MilkWorks Lactation Specialist, who is a 65+ years young RN. She’s very interested in learning more!

I don’t know which is better the formula or the customer service this company provides! These guys go about and beyond—- I won’t shop anywhere else!!

We were looking for an alternate to Enfamil formula as I don’t make enough breast milk for my son. After going through a number of formulas and sleepless nights due to gas and irritation, this was the only one that worked. The best part is that I don’t feel bad using this supplement because it’s organic and doesn’t contain harmful ingredients.

Our kiddo had a pretty good rash on his cheeks from what we think is a milk allergy! We switched over to the Hipp HA Pre, and within 2 weeks his face had cleared up. These folks are amazing with their advice and customer service!!!

So, they are based in Austin, Tx where we live, and one of the owners was nice enough to get it to me ASAP because we were completely out. I had ordered it from another company whose two day shipping turned into 3 day shipping.
Buying the five formula boxes option saved me money, and I got the formula super quick. Plus, the owner is super nice, and I owe him big time for going above and beyond at no extra cost. I will only order from this company from now on where it is always 1 day shipping. Thank you!

Before using this formula my baby had reflux and gas for weeks. It was so frustrating seeing him so uncomfortable and not being able to do anything to help make it better!

We are on our second order of HIPP HA and are so glad we found an alternative to the usual hypo formulas (Nutramigen, Alimentum, etc). The HIPP formula makes my baby’s tummy happy and isn’t made with corn syrup and foul smelling ingredients.

Love HIPP organic formula for my little one. I was very worried about switching from breast milk to formula. The ingredients are so much better than what’s in the US brands. I feel good knowing I’m giving my daughter the best there is out there. Organic baby food shop has the best customer service ever! I was unsure what formula I needed for my daughter as well as had a few questions about a few different formulas. Not only did I get all of my questions answered, they answered my questions very quickly as well as very polite. The free shipping over $50 is also a huge plus! I bought this for my infant to supplement my breast milk. The baby tolerates it well. She has a suspected milk protein allergy, and the goat milk formula wasn’t working for her. This formula looks and smells like breast milk, and I like the the “pre” stage has no starch so she still wants to nurse every 2-3 hours, keeping my milk supply up.

The service we received was also amazing. Our shipment was late through no fault of the company (a customs delay, apparently), so they overnighted a box of Holle (what we had been on but were switching from) for free. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were, and genuinely concerned that we had enough to get through the weekend.
