Most customers in major cities receive their orders in just 1 to 2 business days.
We apply DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all orders, which means all customs duties and taxes are prepaid. You won’t need to deal with any additional charges on delivery. We’ve taken care of everything for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday from our European warehouses.

We can not control how quickly DHL or FedEx deliver packages once we hand over shipments. We highly recommend ordering formula at least one week before you run out, to ensure there are no disruptions. The estimated shipping times of 1 – 4 business days are usually accurate but are not guaranteed.
As soon as it’s available, we will send you the tracking details. Please note that federal holidays may cause a delay in shipment, and that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or remote regions may take longer, depending on shipping carriers.
While we do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by DHL or FedEx that are out of our control.
Once DHL/FedEx shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. If you are worried that the package will be stolen, please make sure to track it all times and be available to get it handed over or have it delivered to a different address. If your package is missing and DHL/FedEx shows it has been delivered, you must contact them to investigate and file a claim.
