Because baby formula is both perishable and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges – even for unopened products. Once our inventory leaves the warehouse, it can no longer be restocked and must be discarded to protect all customers. This approach is common in the industry for infant nutrition products.
If your order has already left our European warehouse before we received your cancellation request, we’re not able to stop delivery or process a refund. The reason is that shipping and handling costs are substantial, and once in transit, the formula must reach you or be responsibly discarded.

Due to the sensitive nature of baby formula and for critical safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any formula products, even if the outer box remains unopened.

If you receive an item where the inner formula pouch is damaged/compromised, or if you receive an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your order).
