Terms and Conditions for Recurring Orders

  1. Subscription Options:

    • Customers can subscribe to recurring shipments of boxes of formula for 1 month, 6 weeks, or 2 months, based on applicable quantities.
    • Orders will be shipped based on the time period selected (every 1 month, 6 weeks, or 2 months).
    • Shipping is free
  2. Discounts:

    • For a 1-month recurring subscription, customers will receive an 8% discount.
    • For a 6-week recurring subscription, customers will receive a 10% discount.
    • For a 2-month recurring subscription, customers will receive a 12% discount.
  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers must cancel their subscription at least 5 business days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent shipment.
    • Cancellations made within the 5 business day period will be processed for the following renewal cycle.
    • To ensure safety and maintain product integrity, baby formula is considered both perishable and hygiene-sensitive. As a result, refunds or exchanges are not permitted, even for unopened items, to protect all our families. If your order has already shipped from our European warehouse before we received notification of cancellation, we’re unable to stop delivery or issue a refund due to the significant shipping costs involved. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
  4. Payment:

    • Payment for each subscription cycle will be automatically processed using the payment method provided during signup at the selected interval.
  5. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping and delivery will be carried out as per the selected subscription interval and quantities.
  6. Modifications:

    • Customers can modify their subscription preferences, including quantity and frequency, by accessing their account settings.
  7. Customer Support:
